He also studied classical music and clinical psychology academically in Armenia. After returning to Iran, he established the Meraaj Social Work Clinic, focusing on empowering female-headed households and children under the care of the Welfare Organization, and implementing projects to prevent and combat social harms. He is also the author of more than 15 specialized books on social work and resilience.
